La Fiesta Bakery is a local bakery in Las Cruces serving handmade breads and pastries baked fresh daily. The owner, Ray, has been baking since age 5 and has operated the business since 2006, earning multiple Las Cruces Sun-News Reader’s Choice Awards. All remaining daily products are donated to El Caldito Soup Kitchen.
